She continuously drives improvements with a customer-first mentality and has a passion for solving core business problems through analytics, optimisation and innovation. She joined Honeywell in late 2020 as Vice President and General Manager of the North America Services team, where she led a team of engineers and technicians who manage, maintain and improve customers’ buildings. In this role, Laura is responsible for all direct customer installation projects, leading a team that supports the planning, installation and commissioning of some of the world’s most complex building projects.
